Parichit Foundation helps in raising the standard of living, self-esteem and achieving economic independence through sustained employment. We help people find careers and a path to a future that includes self-sufficiency and stability. Failure of people to find work reduces the community's ability to maintain economic balance. The jobless rate is the worst it has been in 33 years. Our new work individually to identify the barriers to employment and to provide the services needed to eliminate or overcome those barriers, thus empowering people to achieve economic self-sufficiency in today's workplace environment.
